Please be aware: certain cultural goods belonging to the cultural heritage of this state are included in object categories of the so called Red List for Southeast European Cultural Objects at risk of the particularly endangered cultural heritage by the International Council of Museums ICOM.
Authorities responsible for issuing export permits
Responsible in the Republika Srpska is the Institute for the Protection of the Cultural, Historical and Natural Heritage of the Republic of Srpska.
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations is responsible for the export license in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Chamber of Foreign Trade issues the ATA carnet for temporary import and re-export within one year.
